For the price, you wouldn't expect such quality & location, cleanliness. Some people complain about no housekeeping provided but they were upfront and I'd rather have that to ensure nobody come in and touch my belongings, you can get towels at the entrance. The hotel is located not too far from the main street with underground walkway. Located Susukino which has a great vibe. There are many convenient stores around (w/ 7 eleven is just across the street). Many restaurants around too.

The breakfast was great. There was a broad selection of japanese cuisine as well as cross cultural foods. My wife just completed her Canadian Food Safety course and was impressed by the cleanliness and high standards of the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. It has the basic facilities that you expect from a chain hotel, good room size for Japan. Located close to restaurants and public transport.

Great location, located just at the edge of the activity center; staff spoke English well and very helpful; room was clean; breakfast was good, covering east and west food types; room was relatively spacious, might be due to smart interior design. This hotel deserves to be visited again.

Excellent budget hotel in a terrific location - not too loud, great firm mattress and the option for breakfast in the morning. The room we chose was quite small however space under the bed made it easy for us to store our belongings overnight. A really good option for singles and couples for a short stay or adventurers who plan on being out and about.

The location is super strategies! Near bus stop & konbini. Susukino station for densha & streetcar is just about 500m away. Facilities is complete. Extra amenities & pajamas are available. There is microwave at 6 floor to re-heat food. We can see Sapporo TV Tower through our window.

The sumptuous breakfast, the friendly breakfast staff. All of the staff were helpful and friendly moreso in providing us the best place to eat and the giving us directions for places like the nearest drugstore and church.
